After much trial and error, I finally present to you my current favorite cake recipe. This is actually a take on a recipe that I developed for a canned coffee brand over 6 years ago, but I wanted to make a version with ingredients that don’t come from a can. (no shade to canned coffee, I just never have it on hand and would prefer to make a cake from whole “pantry ingredients”)
