I made these and for some reason they were a weird gray color. I’m not a good baker so I don’t really know what I did wrong but I really want to know my mistakes!
aw I'm sorry about that; these are best eaten fresh as the raspberries interact with the aluminum in the baking soda, changing the color. it doesn't affect the flavor but it can be jarring if you're not expecting it. thanks for giving them a try!
i do think it would be good! the sweetness of the white chocolate helps balance out the bitter/tartness from the raspberries though, so i wouldn't go too dark, maybe a sweeter dark chocolate :)
I made these and they were so delicious!
ahhh yayy im so glad, thank you for trying them and for the comment! <3
I made these and they’re delicious. Thank you for such a great recipe 🩷

Made these and they were very wet but delicious! Should I have strained the raspberry mix from the oven as I just dumped the whole lot in 🤦♀️
I made these and they are so good! Thank you so much for this recipe! And to anyone looking for the US conversion here it is:

1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp

1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
