These were absolutely fantastic. So soft and flavorful. Highly recommend! Thanks for sharing!
One thing I noticed in the comments is confusion around the excess raspberry juice. After I realized how juicy they were after 30 mins in oven, I ended up re-roasting the rasps until it was thicker consistency.
I’m learning that people have raspberries of different juice levels😅 after roasting my raspberries they didn’t have an excessive amount of liquid, but i’d probably drain it if yours do
I made these and for some reason they were a weird gray color. I’m not a good baker so I don’t really know what I did wrong but I really want to know my mistakes!
aw I'm sorry about that; these are best eaten fresh as the raspberries interact with the aluminum in the baking soda, changing the color. it doesn't affect the flavor but it can be jarring if you're not expecting it. thanks for giving them a try!
I made these and they were so delicious!
ahhh yayy im so glad, thank you for trying them and for the comment! <3

that makes me so happy to hear, lilly!! thank you for trying them out! <3
I made these and they are so good! Thank you so much for this recipe! And to anyone looking for the US conversion here it is:
(US Measurements)
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
~2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1–2 tbsp honey
Made these and they were very wet but delicious! Should I have strained the raspberry mix from the oven as I just dumped the whole lot in 🤦♀️
Omg . I think I may have to get off my sugar free diet after seeing these
These look divine! I can’t wait to try!
Can I replace the egg with condensed milk ? Need the egless variation please :)

I made these and subbed for bittersweet chocolate. Delish! Thank you
made these but I didn’t do a very good job, they still taste alright but the mixture was too wet when I put the raspberries in 🥲
