A similar cookie to the coffee toffee recipe I shared, but with a deeper, slightly more savory leaning nuttiness. Toasted sesame oil and salt balance the sweet edge of the pecans and toffee; a higher ratio of brown sugar also gives these cookies more of a crunch around the edges!
I like to make a double batch of the toffee and make a batch of each!
